Reverse-engineer an everyday product by studying how it works, identifying improvements, and redesigning it with new features.

Prototype Building

Create soft prototypes using cardboard, foam core, clay, and other beginner-friendly modelling materials.

Design basic electronic and IoT systems using sensors, microcontrollers, and development boards.

Create simple PCB

Create simple PCB layouts and understand how circuits are organised inside a physical product.

3D Design

Build 3D models using CAD tools and apply basic design, usability, and mechanism principles.

Manufacture, assemble, package, and pitch a final product using prototyping tools, branding, pricing, and presentation skills.

Prerequisites

Students should have successfully completed the Foundation level or be able to independently perform basic operations on an Arduino board such as blinking and sensor control

Students who have not completed the Foundation level may request an entry test

Guided hands-on sessions where students learn through challenges, instructor explanations, building time, teamwork, testing, and reflection

Continuous progress tracking through completed projects, instructor feedback, participation, teamwork, creativity, and technical understanding

Portfolio and certification outcomes with student work documented through projects, showcases, and a course completion certificate

Small-group learning with approximately 1 instructor for every 5 students
