Plan an animated or video production using scripts, storyboards, shot lists, mood boards, and production schedules.

Create stop motion

Create stop motion sequences using objects, sets, lighting, camera framing, frame-by-frame capture, and timing principles.

Digital Storytelling

Design motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, visual effects, and digital compositions for video projects.

3D Design

Build basic 3D scenes, objects, cameras, lighting, and animation sequences using Blender or similar industry tools.

Record, create, and

Record, create, and edit sound effects using foley techniques, voiceovers, music, audio layering, and basic sound mixing.

Complete a final

Complete a final animated production or post-production project with polished visuals, sound, editing, credits, and a showcase-ready final export.

Prerequisites

Completion of Digital Media or equivalent creative media experience is recommended

Students should be comfortable using a computer or tablet for creative tasks such as editing, drawing, recording, or organizing media files

Interest in animation, filmmaking, storytelling, music, sound, digital art, or visual effects is helpful

Students should be willing to plan carefully, revise creative work, receive feedback, and improve projects through multiple drafts

Students without prior Meu Labs experience can request an entry test or counselor discussion to assess readiness

Guided creative production sessions where students learn through demonstrations, animation exercises, editing challenges, sound labs, peer reviews, iteration, and final project development

Continuous progress tracking through completed storyboards, animation tests, edited sequences, instructor feedback, creative decision-making, technical execution, teamwork, and presentation quality

Portfolio and certification outcomes with student work documented through storyboards, animation clips, motion graphics, sound design samples, final videos, showcases, and a course completion certificate
